Anyone who is the best in his field, proves his expertise with his past projects, adheres to the principles of work, and wants to work flexibly can apply to Workflex. If you have not worked on a project-based model before, you must first provide two criteria to apply: 1. Not being currently on the staff of an institution / being independent or having informed and received approval from the institution in which it is on the staff about working on a project-based model 2. To have taken part in a project that has made a difference with its result in the field of expertise so far, regardless of whether it is in-house or out-of-house.

To apply, you just need to enter your first name, last name, e-mail, and password information into the system from the registration button on the main page and menu and register. You just need to select each main category for the services and specialties you want to provide and answer the questions sincerely and completely for needs-expectations analysis and matches.

Your profile page is created after completing the application processes and e-mail verification processes. 

The creation of externally viewable profile pages of the talents on the Workflex platform begins with the  first matching of institution  with project and the completion of the first stage of the project.

Applying to the platform and becoming a member as a result of assessments is free of charge for individual users. After finding a project thanks to the platform, when you complete the specified part of the work and start earning income, you will pay a platform usage fee at the rate set in the contract.

Only those who are approved as a result of the evaluations and matched with the institution and the project can be included in the Workflex capabilities. Information regarding the processes is sent to you via e-mail.

In the membership evaluation, the information transmitted by the candidates, the responses to the forms, the candidate and reference interviews along with the special analysis and matching algorithm are taken as the basis.

Platform algorithms are interested in your background, capabilities, and expectations, as well as compliance with the commitments you make in the jobs you undertake, compliance with agreed deadlines, customer communication, etc. It takes into account and evaluates the comments you receive from the customers you work with about the main factors that will be included in your profile. The sensitivity and quality service you will show in these parts will also be reflected in your pairings. This structure works both ways with a comment and scoring system.

In the simplest method, a self-employment receipt or expense slip can be issued within the scope of conditions such as the nature of the work, receiving regular payments at certain intervals, and earning more than a certain amount annually. Expense compass; It is a legal document in the form of an invoice, which is issued by taxpayers who are obliged to issue and receive invoices for the goods and services they receive from those who are not obliged to issue invoices. Self-employment receipt is the document issued by the self-employed person for all kinds of collections related to their professional activities.

The invoice can be edited. For this, it is sufficient to have any of the private, limited, or incorporated companies. Capabilities that do not currently exist can start with the option to set up a private company in the short or medium term. In case the option of establishing a private company is evaluated, our solution partner with whom we cooperate will be pleased to assist you.

The total project price agreed by the serving and receiving member and the value plan to be created are recorded in the system by the serving person in the project reconciliation section and sent to the service area for approval. When you deliver the first of your monthly project outputs as included in the project agreement and then make the first documentation after the approval, the payment is deposited by Workflex to the account number that you have submitted within the period included in the project agreement, deducting the relevant platform usage fee. As the project steps are completed, it continues in the form of regular payments. Project approval and certification must be completed for the transaction to be performed.

Since the receipt of the first payment of the project price over the agreed project price , rate of determinated on user agreement of each project price as the platform usage price is received from the serving member who provides service on project basis or permanent service in the freelance model.

Of course. Workflex is a platform focusing on the freedom and happiness of service providers and service recipient. It was established to facilitate the lives of both parties.  You can cancel your membership at any time by giving written notice via the communication channel. 

Workflex also reserves the right to cancel the membership of those who receive and provide services that violate the website terms of use and user agreements and platform policies.
